Located in Adelaide?s Inner Northern Suburbs, this organisation is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner to join their established HR team for a 3 year contract.

Starting immediately, as a key member of the People and Culture team, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for the organisation and implementation of all strategic HR initiatives for managers and employees company-wide. With a focus on IR and ER, workforce planning, organisational development and learning and development, you will provide managers with support and advice in line with the direction of the business.

This is a generalist role that will require you to think strategically, interact with staff and be a key influence in building leadership within the team. To be successful, you will be an experienced HR professional with exposure to industrial and employee relations. You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver on key HR projects in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified with solid experience in an end to end HR generalist role.

Previous experience within the South Australian Local Government Sector is highly desirable.
